However, to help you stay on track and make the most of this exciting time, we have compiled a list of key contacts for you. These individuals will be there to support and guide you through different matters during your time at the university. Feel free to reach out to them whenever you need assistance or have any questions. We are here to ensure your university experience is both enriching and successful.

Academic Department

The Academic Department serves as the first contact point for Global Pathways students and Western Sydney Diploma students. You can reach out to the Student Advisors at the department for assistance with various matters, including but not limited to:

– Stage 1 important dates
– Stage 1 tuition fees
– Stage 1 scholarships
– Online systems (student email, MyISB, KFO E-Learning, E-Library)
– School policies
– Important procedures (permitted absence, student card, academic records, certificates of student status, deferral, withdrawal, etc)
– Any other issues that you may not know the exact contact point

EAP Department

Accounting Department

This is where tuition fee payments are recorded. Students are advised to keep a record of payment for confirmation purposes with the Accounting department.
