Instructions:
Step 1: Send an email to pathway.bbus@isb.edu.vn to express your request for permitted absence. A valid email must include the following information:
– Which class are you requesting for permitted absence?
– Why are you requesting for permitted absence?
– Attached relevant, valid, and genuine evidence.
– Attached Request for Leave of absence form.
Step 2: Receive the permitted absence results via email.
Notes:
– Permitted absence will only be granted in unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances.
– Being granted permitted absence cannot be seen as having been waived any assignments. Hence, students with permitted absence have to reach out to the lecturer for assignment waiver or alternative assignments (if any).

Instructions:
Step 1: Contact the Admissions Team to discuss your future study plan.
Step 2: Read the school policies regarding program change to determine if you are eligible to submit a request.
Step 3: If you are entitled, send an email to pathway.bbus@isb.edu.vn to express your need for program change. A valid email must be sent 2 months before the start date of the next Term. The email must include the following information:
Email Title: Request for Program Change – [Name]
Email body:
– Student basic information.
– Start date of program change.
– Reason for your program change request.
Attachment:
– Attached Statement of Purpose (You are required to clearly explain the reasons for your transfer request, including how you do or do not meet the transfer conditions, with specific details. Please also describe your academic goals from the time you were admitted to the Global Pathways Program up to now, as well as your future study plan & commitment in case the School approves your request).
– Attached relevant, valid, and genuine evidence that supports your request.
– Attached Request for Resigning from The Course form.
– Attached Request for Program Change form.
Step 4: Receive the program change results via email.
Notes:
– It is mandatory that you make step 1 before requesting a program change. We are eager to attentively listen to your reasons. From the school’s perspective, we may be able to provide you with alternative solutions. If we determine that program change is the most suitable option for your circumstances, we are willing to support you in completing the necessary procedures.
– Students must obtain parental consent and sign the form with a blue ink pen. Forms should come with supporting documents, if available.
– The withdrawal date indicated in the Application for Withdrawal from the Global Pathways Program will be the last day of the current semester
– Before submitting your request, please make sure to carefully read the school policies regarding program change.
Expected processing time: 5 working days.
Instructions:
Step 1: Access the Request for Academic Record or Certificate of Student Status form.
Step 2: Complete the form with the appropriate information and submit it.
Step 3: After the request is processed, you will receive an email notification to collect the academic records or certificates of student status at a specific campus.
Step 4: Visit the campus, meet the receptionist, and make the payment to collect the academic records or certificates of student status.
Notes:
– All outstanding tuition fees must be cleared up to the time of your request for academic records or certificates of student status.
– Deferred and withdrawn students are not eligible to request certificates of student status.
– Your academic records or certificates of student status will be stored at the campus for a period of 20 working days from the date of email notification for collection.
Expected processing time: 10-15 working days.
Instructions:
Step 1: Access the Request for Review of Grade form.
Step 2: Complete the form with the appropriate information and submit it. Your request will then be forwarded to the lecturer.
Step 3: Receive the review of grade results via email.
Notes:
– Your request will only be accepted within 7 days from the date of result publication.
– In case there is any change in the student’s marks, the VND 25,000 fee will be refunded to the student’s bank account.
Expected processing time: 3-5 working days.
Instructions:
Step 1: Book a 1-on-1 consultation session with Admissions Team to discuss your Study Plan change.
Step 2: Access the Study Plan Choice form.
Step 3: Complete the form with the appropriate information and submit it.
Notes:
– In case the submission is invalid, the student will receive a request for resubmission. Students will not receive a confirmation, other than a copy from Google Forms, if their submission is successful.
– Students are eligible to change the University, Degree, Major, or Transfer Model at any time during their study period at ISB. However, you should be aware that the change may resulted in a suboptimal study plan with:
+ Fewer passed and currently enrolled units recognised,
+ Longer duration of Stage 1 or Stage 2,
+ Increased tuition fees and cost of living expenses,
+ Probable gap time as your expected transfer intake being moved forward.
– The later you notify us about your study plan change, the more suboptimal your plan could become.

– Which term are you requesting for tuition fee payment extension?
– Why are you requesting for tuition fee payment extension?
– Due date of extension.
– Attached relevant, valid, and genuine evidence.
– Attached Request for Tuition Fee Payment Extension form.
Step 2: Receive the tuition fee payment extension results via email.
Notes:
– Tuition fee payment extension will only be granted in unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances and varies on a case-by-case basis.
– All outstanding tuition fees must be cleared up to the time of your request for academic records or certificates of student status.
– The extended payment due date will be no later than 1 month from the commencement date of the term.

Instructions:
Step 1: Send an email to pathway.bbus@isb.edu.vn to express your request for deferral. A valid email must include the following information:
– Start date and end date of deferral
– What is the reason for your deferral request?
– Attached relevant, valid, and genuine evidence to support your request.
– Attached Request for Deferring The Course form.
Step 2: Receive the deferral results via email.
Notes:
– The maximum leave of absence period for Stage 1 students is 1 Term.
– The deferral request must be acknowledged and approved by the parent(s).
– During the leave of absence, students will not be issued a student certificate.
– You are required to request for readmission at least 45 days before the start of the new course/semester (or earlier if required). Failure to do so may result in your student status being recorded as withdrawn
– It is strongly recommended that you have a conversation with the Student Advisors from the Academic Affairs Department before requesting a deferral. We are eager to attentively listen to your reasons. From the school’s perspective, we may be able to provide you with alternative solutions. If we determine that deferral is the most suitable option for your circumstances, we are willing to support you in completing the necessary procedures.
– Before submitting your request, please make sure to carefully read the school policies regarding deferral.

– Start date of readmission
– Attached Request for Readmission form.
Step 2: Receive the readmission results via email.
Notes:
– Students must request for re-admission at least 45 days before the start of the new course/semester (or earlier if required) via email at pathway.bbus@isb.edu.vn to be eligible for subject enrolment. Failure to do so may result in your student status being recorded as withdrawn.
Expected processing time: varies on a case-by-case basis.
Instructions:
Step 1: Reach out to the Overseas Study Department to communicate your interest in studying abroad. Following a consultation with the Educational Counsellor, you will finalise your destination choice and gain a clear understanding of your study plan.
Step 2: Access the Request for Program Change (to Global Pathways) form.
Step 3: Complete the form with the appropriate information and submit it.
Step 4: Receive the program change results via email.
Step 5: Submit the Admission Documents to the Global Pathways program. The checklist of required documents, along with the instructions, will be provided to you in Step 4.

– Before submitting your request, please make sure to carefully read the school policies regarding program change.
– Students are required to complete all the aforementioned steps in sequence. Step 2 should be completed no later than 2 weeks before the start date of the desired term in the Global Pathways program. Step 5 should be finalised before the term begins.

– It is strongly recommended that you have a conversation with the Admissions Officer and the Student Advisors before requesting a withdrawal. We are eager to attentively listen to your reasons. From the school’s perspective, we may be able to provide you with alternative solutions. If we determine that withdrawal is the most suitable option for your circumstances, we are willing to support you in completing the necessary procedures.
– You can request for academic records but can not request for a current student certificate after withdrawal.
– The submitted admissions documents have been sealed and will not be returned.
– Before submitting your request, please make sure to carefully read the school policies regarding withdrawal.

– Start date and end date of your absence?
– Why are you requesting for permitted absence?
– Attached relevant, valid, and genuine evidence.
– Attached Request for absence from examination.
Step 2: Receive the deferral results via email.
Notes:
– Permitted absence will only be granted in unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances.
– This form should be submitted within 3 days from the exam date. In the meantime, students or family members can immediately inform the Student Services team via email or phone call/message. If your case is approved, you will have the deferred exam.
